Sample orders will be charged at normal prices, but will be deducted from the final payment of each order. The amount deducted will be equal to the sample amount he/she has paid, but not greater than 10% of total order.
The colour of the fabric may vary because the dyeing process is done by hand in small batches.
In case of obvious mistakes on the part of our company (excluding small variations caused by material, hand woven or hand dyeing process which is a natural identity of Thai Silk), we will issue a refund for the customer. These solutions will be handled on a case by case basis.
